The Rescue helicopter XL built, in its place

What you build

A helicopter 2 metres long: two side walls in the silhouette of a light helicopter, with a large door opening, bulkheads, floor, seat and roof between them, a tail rotor in the tail and a rotor on a mast, on two skids.

All in 12 mm birch plywood, cut and numbered, with tabs and slots that drop into each other. A kit for adult builders, built in three to five days.

  • Maximum load: 35 kg. Check glue joints and bolts before every use.
  • Lacquer or paint the whole; let the finish cure completely.
