As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Period
The 14 days start on the day after you, or someone you designated, received the product. For an order delivered in several shipments the period starts with the last shipment.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to [email protected] or by post to Dream Ops B.V., Hamerstraat 3D, 1135 GA Edam (NL). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You are in time if you send the statement before the period ends.
Consequences
We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. We may wait until we have the product back or until you have shown that you sent it back. You return the product no later than 14 days after your withdrawal; the return costs are yours. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to assess the product: a kit whose parts have been pushed out of the sheet or glued can no longer be sold as new.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Made-to-measure products produced to your specifications or dimensions.
- Digital files (building plans) whose delivery began with your express consent after you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- Cutting service already performed at your request.
