When
Building kits can be returned within 14 days of receipt (see "Right of withdrawal"). Made-to-measure products, cutting work already performed and downloaded building plans cannot be returned.
How it works
- Announce your return at [email protected] with your order number. You receive a confirmation with the return address.
- Pack the parts in the original packaging, unused and not pushed out of the sheet.
- Send the parcel with sufficient postage to Dream Ops B.V., Hamerstraat 3D, 1135 GA Edam (NL). Return shipping is at your expense; keep the proof of posting.
- Within 14 days of receipt we refund the purchase amount and the standard shipping costs through the payment method of your order.
Exchanges
We do not exchange directly: return the product and place a new order.
Complaints
If something is wrong with your product, e-mail photos and your order number to [email protected]. Missing or broken parts are sent free of charge.
