Every kit starts as a drawing: hundreds of parts, nested on 2.4 metre sheets of birch plywood.

The laser cuts them out to a tenth of a millimetre. We pack them in boxes by building phase, every part with its code.

How it gets to your table

    Designing

    We draw every part and fit them on the sheet until hardly any wood is left over.

    Cutting

    The laser follows the drawing to a tenth of a millimetre. The dark edge is the trace of the beam.
