Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on parcel size and destination country and are shown before you order. Above a threshold amount we ship for free; the threshold is shown at checkout.
Delivery time
Building kits in stock ship within the time stated on the product page. Made-to-measure products and cutting work are made after payment; the delivery time is on the product page or in the quote. Building plans are delivered immediately after payment.
Large parts
Our machine cuts up to 2.4 m. Parts longer than 1.75 m or parcels heavier than 30 kg do not fit a parcel service. Such orders:
- can be collected free of charge from our workshop in Edam (we let you know when they are ready), or
- are delivered by courier by arrangement; we send you a price first.
Designs longer than 1.2 m are cut in sections with splice plates where possible, so they can travel as a parcel after all.
Collection in Edam
Collection is free. Choose "collect" at checkout; you receive an e-mail when your order is ready, with the address: Hamerstraat 3D, 1135 GA Edam, the Netherlands. Make an appointment via [email protected].
Damage
Check the parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, photograph the box and the contents and e-mail them within 2 working days to [email protected]. We send missing or damaged parts free of charge.
